We dot not only invest in companies. If and when required we put at their disposal our expertise in marketing, sales, finance, HR, organization, quality… For us, the partnership we have with our affiliates goes beyond money. We give the best of us to ensure the growth of all of our affiliates.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Whatever your project, we commit to review it with the highest standard with regards to confidentiality. We will never give any information regarding your project to any third party.

DIVERSITY

We invest in the share capital of small and medium sized companies located in the West of France in order to give our affiliates the financial strength to foster their growth. We finance companies when they launch their business as start-ups, when they face additional working capital requirement due to a rapid growth, when they plan an outside acquisition or when they change their shareholders structure. We can be either a majority or a minority shareholder. We do not specialize in one particular field of activity. We are already active in the medical and nautical industries, in hotels and real estate… and are ready to learn more about new areas! For those fields that we are already familiar with, we will consider investments outside of our main geographical zone.

PARTNERS

For several of our affiliates, we invested together with another venture capitalist IRDI, based in Toulouse. IRDI is an experienced, well known and well respected player in the VC market. Over the years, we developed with them a close partnership based on mutual trust and knowledge.
