VSG develops and sells 3D visualization software for scientific and industrial applications. The company was created in 1986 by its current managing director. The 2008 turnover amounted to € 8.5 million. In 2009, the company was sold to its management through an MBO, with the participation of three financiers: IRDI, TOURRETTE INVESTISSEMENTS and AQUITAINE EXPANSION.
